Duane Donner
Duane and his wife Amy have been married for 32 years and have lived in Birmingham, AL for the last 27 years. They have 3 daughters (Mary Kathryn, Saige, and Isabella), 2 sons-in-law (JD and Blake), 5 granddaughters; Selah, Lily, Hazel, Neriah, Elouise and 2 grandsons, John Michael, and Kyle. Duane is an avid wing shooter and fisherman who enjoys hosting friends to “Heritage Farms”, his family recreational farm located in the South Alabama Black Belt where he enjoys fellowship with family and friends in God’s awesome creation. Duane serves on several faith-based ministry boards including Bridge2Rwanda, Fellowship of Companies for Christ (FCCI), and Highlands College. Duane has been an active member of Church of the Highlands since 2001 and has a passion for connecting and investing in high-capacity leaders for Kingdom purposes, which is what led him to start the Heritage Forum in 2017. Duane is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama. He is the Founder and CEO of Founders Advisors, a middle market M&A advisory firm he started in 2003. Duane has started, operated, bought, and sold businesses and advised clients across a range of industries over his 25-year business career.
