Andy Sink and his wife Laura have been married for 31 years and they have three grown children, Emily (Luke), Andrew and Mary Carolyn and one grandson; Caleb. His passion is marriage ministry and he and his wife Laura have been actively leading in this area for over 15 years. He also enjoys mentoring young men and leads several local men’s small groups. Andy is an active member of Redeemer Community church and serves on several local boards including Restoration Academy, an inner-city Christian school, and Renovate Ministries, whose purpose is to minister to Pastors, church planters, and their families. Andy graduated from the University of Alabama and has lived in Birmingham for over 30 years. He has spent his career in the commercial real estate industry and is currently a partner with Colliers Alabama. Andy is also the founder and manager of OWN Alabama, a private equity real estate investment fund; and the founder and managing partner of the MicroFlex development platform.
